Welcome to the Transformed PIT Gala RSVP page. We're excited to have you join us on Friday, October 3, 2025.

In order to expedite your registration, please fill out the fields below. If you are attending the event with a +1, their information must also be provided below. If you have questions related to the registration or event, or need additional assistance, please contact gala@transformedpit.com and someone will be in touch.

Once your RSVP is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation that contains a unique QR code and additional logistics for the event. If you are attending with a +1, their information will be attached to your RSVP and unique QR code. You will need to check-in at the event together. 

All guests must present a valid ID at check-in, and you must be 21+ to attend. 

Your RSVP is not confirmed unless you receive the email confirmation and unique QR code. If you did not receive an invitation to the event, your RSVP will be rejected, and you will not be confirmed. If you do not receive a confirmation within 48 hours, please check your spam folder. If you still have not received it, please contact gala@transformedpit.com.
